    For the fixed plans we take the average portions per working day last month. Above 100 portions a day you move to pay-per-portion automatically (Flex), above 200 to Flex Pro, and the invoice is simply the portions delivered. We'll tell you before anything changes.

    The first 100 days after you sign up are free on any plan, with every feature. From day 101 the prices above apply; we'll let you know a week before. The Start plan stays free. The first 10 suppliers who stay get 30% off for life.

    No. The supplier invoices the company directly. la12 only invoices the plan or the portions delivered through the platform.

    Yes. The plan is monthly, and you can export your orders and reports at any time.
