It started with lunch at our own office
Our company orders food every day from small kitchens. Orders were collected in Telegram, by hand, every single day. la12 is the platform we wished we had then, for us and for the kitchen that feeds us.

Plenty of good kitchens, no tools
Suppliers improvise
Many small businesses deliver lunch to offices: caterers, home kitchens, canteens. Almost all of them run on Telegram and Viber groups, Google Forms, Excel lists and phone calls.
Companies collect by hand
Every day someone at the office asks who is eating and what they want, sends the list to the supplier and, at the end of the month, checks the invoice line by line.
Delivery apps don't fit
They are built for one person's order, with a high commission. The daily lunch of a whole office, from a small kitchen's menu, needs something else.
What we build
One platform, two sides and a catalog
For kitchens
The weekly menu, client companies, each day's orders, kitchen totals, labels, couriers and invoicing, all in one place.
For companies
Every employee picks their own lunch. The office manager sees the totals, and the order goes to the supplier at the deadline. The company's contribution is worked out automatically.
The catalog
A place where companies find kitchens that deliver to their area. Only suppliers who choose to be listed appear; the others use the platform with the clients they already have.
What we believe
A few things we stick to
Easier than a Telegram group
If it isn't visibly simpler than what people use today, there's no point. That's our first test.
Suppliers keep their clients
A company can work with the kitchen it has now, even one that isn't in the catalog. We take no commission on clients a supplier already had.
Every menu is different
Fixed set, a choice of options, an open menu or a set with extras. Order deadlines differ too. The platform adapts to the kitchen, not the other way round.
Fair about money
For companies, la12 is free. Small suppliers have a free plan, and the first 100 days are free on any plan, with no long-term contract.
Where we are
From Chișinău, for offices across Moldova
We're at the beginning. The first pilot is our own company and its supplier, then a few more suppliers and companies that order the same way. We're building it with them, step by step.
